为查清我省人间布病疫情,对全省畜间有布病疫情的54个县(市)40537名职业人群进行了布病调查。布氏菌素皮内变态反应阳性1448人,阳性率为3.57%,血清学阳性224人,阳性率为0.55%,首次发现布病患者97人,患病率为0.24%,病人以慢性最多,临床症状不典型。说明我省在职业人群中已有布病感染和发病,传染源主要从外地输入。查清我省人间布病疫情,对指导我省布病防治工作有重要意义。
In order to find out the epidemic situation of brucellosis in our province, a survey of brucellosis was carried out on 40,537 occupational groups in 54 counties (cities) with brucellosis in the entire province. The brucellin intradermal allergy 1448, the positive rate was 3.57%, 224 were serologically positive, the positive rate was 0.55%, for the first time found that there were 97 brucellosis patients, the prevalence was 0.24%, the patient with the most chronic, Clinical symptoms are not typical. This shows that there are already brucellosis infections and morbidity in the occupational population in our province. The main source of infection is imported from abroad. To find out the epidemic of brucellosis in our province is of great significance to guiding the prevention and control of brucellosis in our province.
