为了研究Al_2O_3、Na_2O和TiO_2作为铁水预处理渣的助熔剂对铁水预处理脱磷的影响,借助Fact Sage热力学软件绘制了CaO-FeO-SiO_2渣系1 573 K液相区。随着Al_2O_3和Na_2O质量分数的增加,该渣系液相区明显扩大,TiO_2对渣系液相区影响不大。实验室研究采用纯铁箔替代碳饱和铁水进行热力学平衡试验,间接测定了1 573 K时铁水预处理脱磷渣与碳饱和铁水间的平衡磷分配比。结果表明,渣铁磷分配比随渣中Al_2O_3和TiO_2质量分数的增加而减小,TiO_2对磷分配比的影响相对较小;渣铁磷分配比随渣中Na_2O质量分数和碱度的增加而增加,Na_2O可显著提高渣的脱磷能力;渣铁磷分配比随渣中FeO质量分数的增加先增加后减小,最合适的FeO质量分数为35%~40%。
In order to study the effect of Al_2O_3, Na_2O and TiO_2 flux as pretreatment flux on dephosphorization of molten iron, 1 573 K liquid phase of CaO-FeO-SiO_2 slag slag system was drawn by Fact Sage thermodynamic software. With the mass fraction of Al 2 O 3 and Na 2 O increasing, the liquid region of the slag system expanded obviously, and TiO 2 had little effect on the liquid phase of slag system. Laboratory studies using pure iron foil instead of carbon saturated hot metal thermodynamic equilibrium test indirect determination of 1 573 K when molten iron pretreatment phosphorus balance slag and carbon saturation of the balance of phosphorus distribution ratio. The results showed that the distribution ratio of slag to iron decreases with the increase of the mass fraction of Al 2 O 3 and TiO 2 in the slag, and the effect of TiO 2 on the phosphorus distribution ratio is relatively small. The ratio of slag to iron increases with the increase of Na 2 O content and alkalinity Increase, Na 2 O can significantly improve the dephosphorization ability of slag; slag iron phosphorus distribution ratio increases first and then decreases with the increase of FeO mass fraction, the most suitable FeO mass fraction is 35% ~ 40%.
