目的探索查验预防接种证的方便有效的方法。方法在预防接种单位客户端基础上开发接种证查验模块,通过查询提取儿童接种信息,根据天津市免疫规划疫苗接种程序设定查验标准,自动生成查验和统计分析结果,将2013年查验结果与2012年进行对比。结果 2013年比2012年多查验794人,但是漏种疫苗比2012年少470剂次,漏种的主要疫苗是流脑A+C、乙脑、白破;2012年和2013年漏种疫苗的补种率分别为45.66%和93.29%;2013年小学查验2 864名儿童中共发现各种漏种疫苗1 735剂次,漏种疫苗主要是流脑A+C、乙脑、白破;而托幼机构查验的2 344人共发现漏种疫213剂次,漏种的主要疫苗是流脑A+C、脊髓灰质炎和甲肝。结论利用信息化系统查验接种证操作简单,查验结果判断迅速准确,数据汇总和统计方便,其应用极大提高了接种单位接种证查验的工作水平和漏种疫苗的补种率。
Objective To explore a convenient and effective way to check vaccination certificate. Methods The vaccination certificate testing module was developed on the basis of client of vaccination unit. The information of child vaccination was extracted by inquiring and the testing standard was set according to the immunization program vaccination program in Tianjin. The results of checking and statistical analysis were automatically generated. The results of 2013 and 2012 Year comparison. Results In 2013, 794 more people were tested than in 2012, but the number of missed vaccines was 470 fewer than in 2012. The main missed vaccines were meningitis A + C, The prevalence rates were 45.66% and 93.29% respectively. Among the 2,864 children checked in primary schools in 2013, 1,773 doses of various missed vaccines were found. The missed vaccines were mainly meningitis A + C, A total of 2,344 missed outbreaks were detected by 2 344 persons checked out by the agencies. The main missed vaccines were meningitis A + C, poliomyelitis and hepatitis A virus. Conclusion It is easy to check the vaccination certificate by the information system, the result of the test is prompt and accurate, and the data collection and statistics are convenient. The application of the vaccination certificate greatly improves the working level of vaccination certificate vaccination and the missed seed vaccination rate.
