从水里摄入的“营养成分”微乎其微不管是超市里的瓶装纯净水,还是小区里的净水设备,大家对“纯净水”都不陌生,从字面上来看,它是指一种不含杂质的水(H2O);而从水处理工艺上来说,它是经过初滤、反渗透膜等深度处理后的水,纯度非常高,纯化得好的纯净水,已经相当于二级蒸馏水了。不过,正因为它太“纯”了,所以也招来一些健康方面的争议。毕竟,相对于自来水,纯净水在处理过程中丢弃的“杂质”既有泥沙、有害物质,也包括矿物质和微量元素。
