随着现代保险业的发展,保险业功能的内涵和外延在不断拓宽,经济补偿与资金融通功能也在深化并完善。社会管理功能是我国保险业目前亟待拓展的功能领域,也是我同保险行业在未来一个时期继续发展的方向。保险业的社会管理功能主要表现为保险风险事故发生后,在一定程度上修正社会关系,恢复社会秩序的原有格局,缓冲风险事故对社会秩序的冲击。其中,寿险业的社会管珲功能主要体现在调整居民收入的同代分配和代际分配关系上;产险业的社会管理功能主要体现在调整社会群体间的经济关系和民事侵权关系上。
With the development of the modern insurance industry, the connotation and denotation of the insurance industry functions are constantly broadening, and the functions of economic compensation and financial intermediation are deepening and improving. The function of social management is the functional area that China’s insurance industry needs to expand at present, and it is also the direction that I will continue to develop with the insurance industry in the coming period. The social management function of the insurance industry is mainly manifested in the following aspects: after the occurrence of an insurance risk accident, it amends the social relations to a certain extent and restores the original pattern of social order and buffers the impact of risk accidents on social order. Among them, the social insurance function of the life insurance industry is mainly reflected in adjusting the generation distribution and intergenerational distribution of residents’ income; the social management function of the property insurance industry is mainly reflected in the adjustment of economic relations and civil infringement relations among social groups.
