目的 总结射频治疗肝癌中CT技术的应用要点。方法 6 9例肝癌病人在CT引导下行射频治疗。根据病变大小、部位的不同 ,选择恰当的扫描方法如口服造影剂、增强扫描、选择 5mm层厚等。结果 CT能引导穿刺针准确地插入肿瘤内部 ,并可观察到整个治疗过程 ,对出现的并发症可及时发现。本组未出现 1例因定位不准而造成周围组织损伤的情况。结论 采用恰当的扫描方法 ,使癌肿与周围结构之间的关系得以清晰显示 ,对治疗有较大的帮助。
Objective To summarize the main points of application of CT in the treatment of liver cancer by radiofrequency. Methods Sixty-nine patients with hepatocellular carcinoma underwent CT guided radiofrequency ablation. According to the size of the lesion, the different parts, select the appropriate scanning methods such as oral contrast agent, enhanced scanning, choose 5mm layer thickness. Results CT can guide the needle into the tumor accurately and can observe the entire course of treatment, the complications can be found in time. This group did not appear in 1 case due to the positioning of the surrounding tissue damage caused by the situation. Conclusion The proper scanning method can clearly show the relationship between the cancer and the surrounding structures and is of great help to the treatment.
