研究了用磁控溅射法制备的Ni81 Fe19/Cr82Al18 双层膜中的交换耦合.样品的室温矫顽力与1/t3/2FM (tFM 为磁性层的厚度)成线性关系,从而表明在Ni81Fe19/Cr82Al18 中交换耦合为铁磁/反铁磁界面的随机相互作用.另外还讨论了反铁磁层厚度对交换偏置的影响
The exchange coupling in Ni81 Fe19 / Cr82Al18 bilayers prepared by magnetron sputtering was studied. The room temperature coercivity of the sample is linear with 1 / t3 / 2FM (tFM is the thickness of the magnetic layer), indicating a stochastic interaction that is exchange-coupled into a ferromagnetic / antiferromagnetic interface in Ni81Fe19 / Cr82Al18. The effect of anti-ferromagnetic layer thickness on the switching bias is also discussed
