From 1896 to 1996, a total of 125 weightlifting championships emerged in the history of the century-long Olympic Games. The results of their study on the law of growth and age of the students showed the following conclusions: The average age of the champion was 25.7 ± 365 years old, of which the maximum age was 36 years, the minimum age was less than 20 years; the average training years to reach the Olympic champion average 10 72 ± 2 45 years; weight training early results out early, early training age is out of results too late. It is estimated that the average age of men’s weightlifting champions in the Olympic Games will be basically stabilized at 23 to 24 years old.
