ＦＡＯ农药规格是我国农药标准采用国际标准的主要来源，因为ＩＳＯ不涉及农药专业。所以ＦＡＯ农药规格制定的具体要求和程序，对我国如何起草各级农药标准，应该做那些工作，需提供什么信息资料以及标委会委员如何评审标准，有较大的参考价值。尤其是我国加入世贸组织后对农药标准的要求也必须向国际标准靠拢。为此本期发表由原化工部沈阳化工研究院农药室主任、全国农药标准化技术委员会主任委员侯宇凯高级工程师编译的“制定ＦＡＯ农药规格要求和程序”，以期对我国标准化人员特别是从事农药标准化工作的人员有所帮助。
FAO pesticide specifications is the main source of adoption of international standards for pesticide standards in our country because ISO does not cover pesticide specialty. Therefore, the specific requirements and procedures formulated by FAO pesticide specifications have great reference value for how to draft pesticide standards at all levels, what kind of information should be done, what kind of information to be provided and how the standard committee members should evaluate the standards. Especially after China’s accession to the WTO, its requirements on pesticide standards must also be closer to international standards.
