面对世纪之交的关键时期,福建经济既需要继续加快发展,又需要抓紧转变经济增长方式,这是客观形势发展的必然要求。为此,加快新旧经济体制的转变,大力推进科技进步,切实调整产业结构,也比过去任何时候更为紧迫。下面我想结合福建经济发展形势,对这个问题讲几点认识,和同志们共同来探讨。
Faced with the crucial period of the turn of the century, it is necessary for Fujian’s economy to continue to accelerate its development and to shift its economic growth mode. This is an inevitable requirement for the development of the objective situation. For this reason, it is more urgent than ever to speed up the transformation of the old and new economic systems, vigorously promote scientific and technological progress and effectively readjust the industrial structure. Now I would like to combine with the economic development in Fujian Province to make some understanding of this issue and to discuss it with my comrades.
