为了解决机电产品的高精加工金属零部件在海洋运输及湿热带地区的油封防锈问题,我们通过1973至1979年连续六年的试验研究,最后在由34种防锈材料组成的83种油封工艺中优选出了一种防锈期长、操作简单的油封防锈工艺,即:冷涂663防锈脂封边的工艺方法。新的油封工艺是在人工加速腐蚀试验的基础上,又经模拟远洋运输条件的往返非州的海运试验,最后又经过了长达三年零三个月的海南岛湿热地区的天然暴露试验而选定的。该工艺通过几年的实际应用表明;工艺稳定,防锈性能良好,操作简单,深受操作工人的欢迎。
In order to solve the electromechanical products of high precision machining of metal parts in marine transport and wet tropical oil seal rust problem, we passed the 1973-1979 six years of continuous pilot study, and finally in the 34 kinds of rust-proof material composed of 34 kinds of oil seal Process preferred out of a rust-proof period, simple operation of the oil seal rust-proof process, namely: cold-coated 663 rust-proof edge sealing process. The new oil seal process is based on artificial accelerated corrosion test, and after the simulation of ocean shipping conditions to and from non-state maritime tests, and finally after three years and three months of natural exposure to hot and humid areas of Hainan Island and Selected. The process through several years of practical application shows that the process is stable, rust-proof performance is good, easy to operate, welcomed by the operators.
