受交通运输部海南海事局委托,针对全国海事单位开展规费征稽廉政风险防控管理制度研究。课题组通过调研和论证,确定规费征稽廉政风险防控的基本原则,排查规费征收和稽查环节风险防控的重点,并针对重点问题分别提出相应的风险防控措施,进而对《规费征稽廉政风险防控管理制度》的制定目的、过程和必要性进行了说明。
