目的:探讨肉桂酸锗对小鼠S180瘤细胞调亡的影响。方法:建立小鼠S180移植瘤模型,应用肉桂酸锗灌胃给药后,通过免疫组织化学观察肿瘤细胞的凋亡情况。结果:观察肉桂酸锗各剂量组瘤细胞较NS组变化明显,肉桂酸锗高、中、低剂量组阳性表达率分别为60%、50%、60%,CTX组为60%,均低于NS组(80%)。结论:肉桂酸锗能明显抑制S180移植瘤的凋亡抑制蛋白的表达。
Objective: To investigate the effect of germanium cinnamate on the apoptosis of mouse S180 tumor cells. Methods: The mouse S180 xenograft model was established. After administration of germanium cinnamate intragastrically, the apoptosis of tumor cells was observed by immunohistochemistry. Results: The changes of tumor cells in each dose of germanium cinnamate were significantly different from those in NS group. The positive rates of high, medium and low doses of cinnamic acid were 60%, 50%, 60%, 60% in CTX group NS group (80%). Conclusion: Germanium cinnamate can significantly inhibit the expression of apoptosis-inhibitory protein in S180 xenografts.
