将纳米二氧化硅经预分散后加入聚氨酯反应体系进行原位聚合,结果表明复合材料的力学性能有大的提高。TEM图像显示纳米二氧化硅在PU中有很好的分散,DTA分析证实了纳米二氧化硅的诱导结晶作用是聚氨酯复合材料增强的主要原因。
The nano-silica pre-dispersed polyurethane reaction system was added for in situ polymerization, the results show that the mechanical properties of composites have greatly improved. TEM images showed that nano-silica dispersed well in PU. DTA analysis confirmed that the induced crystallization of nano-silica was the main reason for the enhancement of polyurethane composites.
