农村卫生技术人员的培训是提高现有农村卫生技术人员素质的重要途径,应当以充分重视。文章介绍和分析了湖北省实施“1555”工程(即每年投资100 万元,面向全省500 所乡镇卫生院,选拔500 名技术骨干,进行为期1年的专业培训,连续实施5 年)的状况,提出了加强农村卫生技术人员的培训要注重制定统一规划,制定配套政策,以及采取多种培训形式的建议。
The training of rural health and technical personnel is an important way to improve the quality of existing rural health and technical personnel and should be given full attention. The article introduced and analyzed the status of implementation of the “1555” project in Hubei Province (that is, investing RMB 1 million per year, targeting 500 provincial township hospitals, selecting 500 technical backbones, conducting one-year professional training, and continuously implementing five years) It is proposed that the training of rural health technicians should focus on formulating unified plans, formulating supporting policies, and adopting various forms of training.
