农业文明的文化内核是种植业和畜牧业,新石器时代的农业文明促进了包括中国烹饪饮食保健文化在内的社会生产力的讯猛发展。烹饪原料的食性和功能是中国新石器时代农业文明时期农作物的选种依据,这个选择标准对今天的保健文化有很好的借鉴意义。
The cultural nucleus of agricultural civilization is farming and animal husbandry. The Neolithic agricultural civilization promoted the rapid development of social productivity including the culinary culture, diet, and health care culture. The feeding habits and functions of cooking ingredients are the basis for the selection of crops during the Neolithic Agricultural Civilization. This selection criterion is of great reference to today’s health culture.
