目的:研究七叶莲花醇提物对胸膜炎模型大鼠的影响。方法:采用胸膜腔注射角叉菜胶复制胸膜炎大鼠模型,并测定胸腔渗出液的体积和胸腔渗出液中PGE2、SOD及血清NO、MDA水平。结果:与模型组比较,七叶莲花醇提物能减少模型大鼠胸腔渗出液体积并降低其中PGE2含量,升高SOD活性,并能降低血清NO及MDA含量,升高血清SOD活性。结论:七叶莲花醇提物对胸膜炎有显著的抑制作用,其机制可能与抑制相关炎症介质的产生,增加SOD活性的生成等有关。
Objective: To study the effect of alcohol extract from Aesculus hippophae on the model of pleurisy in rats. Methods: The model of pleuritis was induced by intrapleural injection of carrageenan. The volume of pleural effusion and PGE2, SOD, NO and MDA levels in pleural effusion were measured. Results: Compared with the model group, ethanol extract of Aloe vera reduced the volume of thoracic exudate in the model rats, decreased the content of PGE2, increased the activity of SOD, decreased the content of serum NO and MDA, and increased the activity of serum SOD. CONCLUSION: Alcohol extract of Aesculus hippophae rhamnoides significantly inhibits pleurisy. The mechanism may be related to inhibiting the production of inflammatory mediators and increasing the production of SOD.
