1988年用滴喂法研究了花生叶片不同组织对~(59)Fe 的吸收运转。结果表明:主脉滴喂时,~(59)Fe 分布于整个叶片,比较均匀;叶肉滴喂时,则主要分布于滴喂一侧。主脉对~(59)Fe 吸收数量大,运转速度快。加入尿素 N 500ppm,促进主脉对~(59)Fe的吸收运转;但加入 N 1000ppm 时,主脉对~(59)Fe 的吸收运转减弱。而加入尿素N 500和1000ppm,都减少叶肉对~(59)Fe 的吸收运转。
In 1988, the absorption and transport of ~ (59) Fe in different tissues of peanut leaves were studied by drop-feeding method. The results showed that ~ (59) Fe was distributed in the whole leaf when feeding in the main vein, and it was more evenly distributed in the leaves; The main vein of ~ (59) Fe absorption of a large number of fast operation. Addition of 500ppm urea promoted the uptake of ~ (59) Fe in the main artery. However, the absorption of ~ (59) Fe in the main artery decreased with the addition of N 1000ppm. Adding urea N 500 and 1000 ppm all reduced the uptake of ~ (59) Fe by mesophyll.
