在不变薄回转体拉深中,一般采用有压边圈凹模平端拉伸模(简称普通拉深模如图1)。对于变形程度较大的零件,采用多次拉伸的方法来完成。当回转体拉深件板厚T>2 mm时,采用无压边式圆锥形拉深模(简称圆锥形拉深模如图2),其极限变形程度较普通拉伸大的多。图3所示为汽车起动机开关壳,其料厚T=3 mm圆角R=2;要求底面平整且垂直壳壁。由于料厚、圆角小,我厂过去一直沿用老工艺进行5次拉深。凹模上口采用兄13~R9的入模圆角;凸模
