微波源功率输出控制技术在微波应用领域相当重要,在实际应用中希望获得稳定的功率输出,来使加工反应稳定进行。文章介绍一种基于可编程逻辑控制器的控制系统,通过对输出功率进行采样、处理并运用PID技术计算出控制参数,根据控制参数调节磁控管的磁场电流大小,达到控制微波源输出功率稳定的目的。
