通过对35CrMo钢闸板表面火焰喷焊的工艺研究,总结出了相应的生产规律,靠人工控制喷焊工艺过程,通过严格操作也能很好的保证喷焊质量,并且生产简单易行、投资小、成本较低。用渗碳、渗氮和表面堆焊等方法生产泵、阀的闸板在钻井上应用寿命很低,而本研究喷焊Ni60的闸板寿命能够很好满足其高耐磨、耐蚀及密封性能的要求,为闸板的生产提供了重要依据。
