采用特制的低压渗流装置,以CaO为渗流颗粒,选用700℃颗粒预热温度,0.04 MPa渗流压力,铝液温度为720℃,在颗粒表面均匀涂覆酒精和氧化钙细粉混合浆液,以改善泡沫铝的去除性能和增大孔隙率,制备了3种孔隙结构尺寸的新型泡沫铝材料。采用传递函数法对3种样品的吸声系数进行检测。结果表明,其中两种泡沫铝样品在低频段具有较高的吸声系数。
A special low-pressure seepage device was used to seepage of CaO particles. Preheating temperature of 700 ℃ and seepage pressure of 0.04 MPa were used. The temperature of molten aluminum was 720 ℃. The mixed slurry of alcohol and calcium oxide was uniformly coated on the surface of the particles to improve Foam aluminum removal performance and increase the porosity, prepared three kinds of pore structure size of the new foam aluminum material. The absorption coefficient of three kinds of samples was tested by transfer function method. The results show that two kinds of aluminum foam samples have higher sound absorption coefficient at low frequency.
