回首当今航空发动机巨头的发展足迹,可以发现他们都有一个围绕核心竞争力展开的大规模并购过程。本文介绍了GE公司、罗罗公司以及斯奈克玛公司近一二十年来的企业并购行为,其过程为我国航空发动机企业实现专业化整合提供了可以借鉴的思路。
Looking back on the development footprints of today’s aero-engine giants, we can see that they all have a large-scale merger and acquisition process around their core competitiveness. This article introduces GE, Rolls-Royce and Snecma’s corporate mergers and acquisitions over the past 20 years. The process provides a reference for China’s aero-engine enterprises to achieve specialized integration.
