新创企业机会识别是创业研究的热点问题。基于高阶理论的视角,探讨创业者社交主动性和警觉性对新创企业机会识别的影响,构建了有调节的中介效应模型。以149位新创企业家为样本,调查结果表明:(1)创业者社交主动性对新创企业机会识别有显著影响。(2)企业社会网络在创业者社交主动性和企业机会识别之间起完全中介作用。(3)创业者警觉性正向调节企业社会网络和机会识别之间的关系,且创业者警觉性越高,企业社会网络的中介效应越强。
Venture recognition is a hot issue in entrepreneurship research. Based on the perspective of high-order theory, this paper explores the influence of entrepreneurial social initiative and alertness on the recognition of opportunities for start-ups, and constructs a mediating mediation model. Based on the sample of 149 startup entrepreneurs, the results show that: (1) Social entrepreneurship has a significant impact on the recognition of startup opportunities. (2) The enterprise social network plays a complete intermediary role between entrepreneurial social initiative and business opportunity identification. (3) The vigilance of entrepreneur positively adjusts the relationship between corporate social networks and recognition of opportunities, and the higher awareness of entrepreneurs, the stronger the intermediary effect of corporate social networks.
