自紧处理是提高火炮身管弹性强度以及疲劳寿命的一种有效方法,现行的自紧工程方法有液压自紧和机械自紧2种。该文把超速旋转工艺引入火炮身管自紧过程,提出旋转自紧方法,对平面应变问题导出了厚壁圆管在旋转时的弹塑性应力解和停转后的残余应力解。结果表明,由于残余应力的存在而导致圆管弹性强度内压的提高,达到了自紧的效果,表明了该方法的可行性以及工程应用的前景。
Self-tightening treatment is to improve the elastic strength of the barrel and fatigue life of an effective method, the existing self-tightening engineering methods are hydraulic self-tightening and mechanical self-tight two. In this paper, the speeding process is introduced into the autofrettage process of gun launcher, and the rotation self-tightening method is proposed. The elastic-plastic stress solution and the residual stress solution of the thick-walled circular tube during rotation are derived for the plane strain problem. The results show that the self-tightening effect is achieved due to the increase of the internal pressure of circular tube due to the residual stress, which shows the feasibility of the method and the prospect of engineering application.
