基于在Tween 2 0存在的 0 1mol/LH2 SO4溶液中 ,在 90± 0 5℃水浴条件下 ,Ru 催化高碘酸钾氧化二甲基黄的褪色反应 ,提出了测定钌的新催化光度法。钌浓度在 0 0 0 2~ 0 0 2 0 μg/ 1 0mL范围内呈线性关系 ,检出限为 4 87× 1 0 -5 μg/mL。对 0 0 1 μg/ 1 0mLRu 测定的相对标准偏差为 1 9% (n =9)。催化反应的表观活化能为 1 2 7 1kJ/mol。催化反应为一级反应。此法满意地用于某些冶金产品和矿石中钌的测定 ,相对标准偏差为 1 0 %~ 2 0 % ,标准加入回收率为 98%~ 1 0 6 %。
A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of ruthenium was proposed based on the catalytic effect of Ru on the oxidation of dimethyl yellow by potassium periodate in 0 1 mol / LH2 SO4 solution with Tween 20 at 90 ± 0 5 ℃. The concentration of ruthenium was linear in the range of 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 1 0 mL. The detection limit was 4 87 × 10 -5 μg / mL. The relative standard deviation of 0 0 1 μg / 1 0 mLRu was 19% (n = 9). The apparent activation energy of the catalytic reaction is 1 271 kJ / mol. The catalytic reaction is a first order reaction. This method is satisfactory for the determination of ruthenium in some metallurgical products and ores, with relative standard deviations of 10% ~ 20% and standard addition recoveries of 98% ~ 106%.
