文章使用文献资料法、实验法、观察法和数理统计等方法,对河南省10名优秀运动员高原训练期的生化指标进行了跟踪测试与研究。结果发现:高原训练期间,河南省游泳运动员的血红蛋白值出现持续升高至下高原后高于高原前水平;血清睾酮出现先下降后上升的变化;血尿素和血清肌酸激酶出现逐渐上升至高原后期随着训练的调整而下降的现象。通过以上测试指标来看,本次高原训练的效果明显并且是成功的,但是同时存在着训练量不足以促成运动员机体产生较大的刺激的现象。
In this paper, the biochemical indexes of 10 elite athletes in Henan Province during the plateau training period were tracked and studied with the methods of literature, experiment, observation and mathematical statistics. The results showed that hemoglobin value of swimmers in Henan Province rose continuously to the lower plateau and reached the level before the plateau during the plateau training. Serum testosterone decreased first and then increased, and blood urea and serum creatine kinase gradually increased to the plateau Post-training adjustment with the decline of the phenomenon. Through the above test indicators, the effect of this plateau training is obvious and successful, but at the same time there is a phenomenon that the training amount is not sufficient to cause the body of the athlete to have a greater stimulus.
