为了研究核桃仁种皮多酚对环磷酰胺(CTX)所致免疫低下模型小鼠的免疫调节功能,通过腹腔注射环磷酰胺的方法建立免疫抑制小鼠模型,将小鼠随机分为5组:空白组、模型组、核桃仁种皮低、中、高剂量组,研究不同灌胃剂量的核桃仁种皮多酚对免疫抑制小鼠的脏器指数、吞噬指数、血液中相关指标、免疫球蛋白Ig G、Ig A、Ig M以及LDH和ACP酶活力的影响。研究结果表明核桃仁种皮多酚具有一定的提高免疫力的作用,核桃仁种皮多酚能够改善试验小鼠的脏器指数,提高碳廓清指数,使淋巴细胞的增殖率提高,在一定程度上维持免疫抑制小鼠的血液细胞分布平衡,增加免疫抑制小鼠的免疫球蛋白含量,增强LDH和ACP酶的活力,维持免疫抑制小鼠生理指标的稳定,从而提高试验小鼠机体的免疫活性。
