目的:检测槐杞黄颗粒对嘌呤霉素肾病大鼠尿蛋白及血清白蛋白水平的影响,探讨槐杞黄颗粒治疗肾病综合征的作用机制。方法:将60只雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组和槐杞黄组各20只,除对照组外,其余两组大鼠分别一次性腹腔注射嘌呤霉素15 mg/100 g,对照组和模型组分别用同等剂量蒸馏水和槐杞黄颗粒(2 g/kg)灌胃,比较三组大鼠24 h尿蛋白定量和血清白蛋白水平。结果:模型组和槐杞黄组24 h尿蛋白定量高于对照组(P<0.05),第2天、第5天和第10天模型组24 h尿蛋白定量较槐杞黄组增多(P<0.05),第15天和第20天模型组和槐杞黄组24 h尿蛋白定量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血清白蛋白水平模型组和槐杞黄组较对照组低(P<0.05),槐杞黄组较模型组高,第2天模型组和槐杞黄组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其后时间点两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:槐杞黄颗粒可以减少肾病综合征大鼠蛋白尿的排出和提高嘌呤霉素肾病大鼠血清白蛋白水平。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Huaiqi Huang granule on urinary protein and serum albumin in rats with puromycin nephropathy and to explore the mechanism of Huai Qi Huang granule in treating nephrotic syndrome. Methods: Sixty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group, model group and Huaiqi Huang group, with the exception of the control group, the other two groups were injected intraperitoneally with puromycin 15 mg / 100 g, Control group and model group were treated with the same dose of distilled water and Huaiqi Huang granules (2 g / kg) respectively. The 24 h urinary protein and serum albumin levels of the three groups were compared. Results: The 24 h urinary protein in the model group and the Huai Qi Huang group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). On the second, fifth and tenth days, the 24 h urinary protein in the model group increased more than that in the Huaiqi group <0.05). There was no significant difference in the 24 h urinary protein between the model group and the Huai Qi Huang group on the 15th day and the 20th day (P> 0.05). The serum albumin level group and Huai Qi Huang group were lower than the control group (P <0.05). The Huaiqi yellow group was higher than the model group. There was no significant difference between the model group and the Huaiqi group on the second day (P> 0.05), and the differences were statistically significant P <0.05). Conclusion: Huaiqi Huang Granule can reduce proteinuria in rats with nephrotic syndrome and increase serum albumin level in puromycin nephropathy rats.
