1 对象和方法1 1 对象 16例系膜增生性肾小球肾炎 (ｍｅｓａｎｇｉｏｐｒｏ ｌｉｆｅｒａｔｉｖｅｇｌｏｍｅｒｕｌｏｎｅｐｈｙｉｔｉｓ,ＭｓＰＧＮ)选自我科肾活检穿刺标本 ,根据系膜增生的程度 ,分为轻度组 7例 ;中度组 5例 ;重度组 4例。所有标本均制成 3μｍ厚的石蜡
