凤尾菇种(Pleurotus sajor—caju(FY)Singer),是我院副院长刘中柱同志于一九八○年十二月从澳大利亚悉尼大学引进我院的,经我们八个多月对其菌性的观察、栽培条件的探索和物质转化的分析,基本看出它具有生产工艺简单、周期短、适应性广、营养丰富、转化率高等特点。从凤尾菇引种栽培的初步成功给我们一个启示:即人类可通过食用菌把作物收获后的大量稻草或稿秆变成食品,是可能的。它为人类食品开辟了一条新途径,是一种很有前途的食用菌.
Pleurotus sajor-caju (FY) Singer), was introduced by our associate dean Liu Zhongzhu in December 1980 from our university in Sydney, Australia. After more than eight months of our visit, Sexual observations, the exploration of cultivation conditions and the analysis of material transformation have basically shown that it has the characteristics of simple production process, short cycle, wide adaptability, rich nutrition and high conversion rate. The initial success of introduction and cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus gives us a lesson that it is possible for humans to turn large quantities of straw or draft harvested from crops into foodstuffs via edible fungi. It opens up a new way for human food and is a promising edible fungus.
