复旦大学上海视觉艺术学院从2011年起开始试行完全学分制教学管理模式。如果说完全学分制是以学生选课制为中心的教育模式,那么教师数量和质量就是学分制改革成败的关键。复旦大学上海视觉艺术学院自成立以来,一直坚持以全职教师和校外兼职教师相结合的方式来组建教学队伍。文章以2012—2013学年第二学期为例,从任课教师所承担的课时比例的角度对本校师资构成、师资优化、兼职教师管理等问题做简要分析。
Fudan University, Shanghai Institute of Visual Art from 2011 onwards a full credit system teaching management model. If the full credit system is based on the student-centered education system, then the number and quality of teachers is the key to the success of credit system reform. Since its establishment, Fudan University Shanghai Visual Arts College has always insisted on establishing a teaching team based on a combination of full-time teachers and part-time teachers outside the school. Taking the second semester of the 2012-2013 academic year as an example, the article makes a brief analysis of such issues as composition of teachers, optimization of teachers and part-time teacher management from the perspective of the proportion of class hours borne by teachers.
