目的观察托莫西汀对注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿的临床疗效及其对ADHD患儿认知功能的影响。方法对符合DSM-Ⅳ诊断标准的21例ADHD患儿给予托莫西汀治疗,疗程8周,分别于治疗前和治疗后对受试患儿进行数字划消测验(NCT)、Conners父母量表、威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)等心理量表测评。结果治疗后数字划消失误率,Conners父母量表中的学习问题、冲动多动、多动指数等指标值显著低于治疗前,WCST中的持续性错误数(Rpe)和持续性应答数(Rp)显著低于治疗前(均P<0.05)。结论托莫西汀治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍疗效确切,安全性好,能够改善患儿的认知功能。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of atomoxetine in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and its effect on cognitive function in children with ADHD. Methods Thomoxetine was given to 21 ADHD children who met the diagnostic criteria of DSM-Ⅳ. The course of treatment was 8 weeks. The numbers of NCT, pre- and post-treatment children were measured respectively. The Conners Parents Scale , Wisconsin Card Classification Test (WCST) and other psychological measures. Results After the treatment, the numbers of false negatives, the learning problems in the Conners Parents Scale, the impulsive hyperactivity and the multiple-activity index were significantly lower than those before treatment, the number of persistent errors (Rpe) in WCST and the number of persistent responses Rp) was significantly lower than before treatment (all P <0.05). Conclusion Inomoxetine treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in children with effective, safe, can improve children’s cognitive function.
