目的 :为左外叶下段活体肝脏移植取肝术提供肝裂的应用解剖学资料。方法 :在 3 0例成人尸肝上观察肝左叶间裂和左外叶段间裂外部分界和铸型后真正的内部分界之间的关系。结果 :肝左叶间裂以镰状韧带为外部分界标志 ,与内部真正的分界不完全一致 ,该裂中部向左右偏移可分别达 1~ 2cm。左外叶段间裂膈面分界 90 %偏上 1/4~ 2 /5部 ,脏面 80 %偏前 (下 ) 1/3~ 1/2部 ,其中 5 0 %偏前 2 /5~ 1/2部 ,左外叶下段膈面较脏面大。结论 :左外叶下段活体取肝时肝裂的确定应以内部分界为标志 ,不能单纯以外部形态为依据。
OBJECTIVE: To provide anatomic data for hepatic fissure for living liver transplantation in the inferior segment of the left lateral lobe. Methods: The relationship between the external boundaries of the fissure and the left internal segment of the liver and the true internal boundary after casting were observed on 30 adult cadaveric liver. Results: The left lobar fissure of the liver was characterized by the falx ligament as the outer demarcation mark, which was not completely consistent with the real inner demarcation. The middle dehiscence was shifted to the left and the right by 1 ~ 2 cm respectively. 90% of the left diaphragmatic boundary between the left outer segment is 1/4 ~ 2/5, while 80% of the dirty surface is 1/3 ~ 1/2 of the anterior (lower), of which 50% 1/2 Department, the left diaphragm outer surface of the diaphragm surface dirty. Conclusion: The determination of liver fissure in the left lower external lobe should be based on the internal boundary, which can not be based solely on external morphology.
