目的研究ATP生物荧光法用于气管镜清洗质量及消毒效果评价的有效性。方法选取临床检查中已使用过的气管镜共30件,每件均在清洗前、消毒前和消毒后3个时段,采集气管镜管腔冲洗水样品各1份,分别进行ATP生物荧光法检测;并对消毒后采样的冲洗水样进行菌落计数检测。结果清洗后,管腔冲洗水中的ATP含量明显下降,中位数从7 503 RLU降到42 RLU(P<0.05),清洗合格率为93.33%;消毒后ATP值中位数为14 RLU,均在合格范围内,但有消毒后ATP值高于消毒前的情况,且与菌落计数法结果有出入(合格率96.67%)。结论 ATP生物荧光法适用于评价器械清洗效果,检测结果能反映实际清洗质量,但不适用于器械消毒效果的评价。
Objective To study the effectiveness of ATP biofluorescence in assessing the quality of bronchoscopy and disinfection.
