银杏叶经水提、醇沉等得到银杏叶多糖(LGBP)。将LGBP上Sephadex G100层析柱,分离得到LGBP-A和LGBP-B两种多糖,经电泳与凝胶柱层析鉴定均为单一多糖。平均分子量分别为11×10~4和2×10~4。经纸层析与高效液相色谱证实其单糖组成分别是:LGBP-A:D-葡萄糖、L-鼠李糖、D-木糖;LGBP-B:D-葡萄糖。
Ginkgo biloba leaf polysaccharide (LGBP) was obtained by water extraction and alcohol precipitation. The LGBP was separated on Sephadex G100 column to obtain LGBP-A and LGBP-B polysaccharides, which were identified as single polysaccharide by electrophoresis and gel column chromatography. The average molecular weight was 11×10~4 and 2×10~4, respectively. The monosaccharide composition confirmed by paper chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography was: LGBP-A: D-glucose, L-rhamnose, D-xylose, and LGBP-B: D-glucose.
