雷公藤内酯(triptolide,Tri)sc.ip及ig0.05—0.3mg·kg~(-1)对渗出性和增殖性炎症均有明显抑制作用。Tri 0.2mg·kg~(-1)ip引起胸腺萎缩,对摘除双侧肾上腺大鼠Tri可使角叉菜足跖肿胀的作用消失,并能使大鼠肾上腺内抗坏血酸含量明显降低,且会被地塞米松所阻断。但对炎症组织释放的prostaglandins E含量没有影响。
Triptolide (Tri) sc.ip and ig 0.05-0.3 mg·kg -1 had significant inhibitory effects on exudative and proliferative inflammation. Tri 0.2 mg·kg -1 ip caused thymus atrophy. The removal of Tri from bilateral adrenal glands caused the disappearance of paw edema in carrageenan, and decreased the content of ascorbic acid in the adrenal gland of rats. Dexamethasone blocks. However, there was no effect on the release of prostaglandins E from inflammatory tissues.
