麦草经碱预抽提处理后,再进行NaOH-AQ(烧碱蒽醌)蒸煮,探讨了碱抽提的用碱量对浆料及成纸等相关性能的影响。结果表明:碱抽提预处理能显著提高后续蒸煮过程脱木素的效果,随着碱抽提用碱量的增加,粗浆得率降低、卡伯值显著下降、成纸撕裂度下降,抗张强度先升后降,白度提高;在碱抽提预处理用碱量为2%时,浆料卡伯值下降45.5%,成纸撕裂度下降6.3%、抗张强度提高37.7%、白度增加17.8%ISO。最后,用纤维质量分析仪观察纤维形态,碱抽提NaOH-AQ处理前后麦草浆料比较,各个指标均有所改变,进一步验证了上述实验结果。
The wheat straw was pretreated with alkali and then NaOH-AQ (caustic anthraquinone) cooking was conducted to investigate the influence of the amount of alkali extracted by alkali on the relative performance of pulp and paper. The results showed that alkali pretreatment could significantly improve the delignification effect of the subsequent cooking process. With the increase of the alkali content, the coarse pulp yield decreased, the kappa number decreased significantly, the paper tear decreased, Tensile strength first increased and then decreased and whiteness increased. When the amount of alkali pretreatment was 2%, the kappa number of the pulp decreased by 45.5%, the tear of the paper decreased by 6.3% and the tensile strength by 37.7% , Whiteness increased by 17.8% ISO. Finally, the fiber morphology was observed with fiber quality analyzer. Compared with wheat straw pulp before and after alkali extraction NaOH-AQ treatment, all the indexes were changed, further verifying the above experimental results.
