劳务派遣下被派遣劳动者与用工单位普通员工同工不同酬是我国现实生活中十分普遍的现象,其成因是多方面的。只有从同工同酬的界定开始,以劳务派遣的法律关系为基础,分析我国劳务派遣下同工不同酬的现象及成因并提出一些针对之策,才能对完善我国劳务派遣下同工同酬制度有所帮助。
The dispatched workers under the dispatch of labor and the regular workers’ unequal remuneration for workers in the employing units are very common phenomena in our real life, and their causes are manifold. Only on the basis of the definition of equal pay for equal work and on the basis of the legal relationship of labor dispatch can we analyze the phenomena and causes of the unequal pay for equal work under labor dispatch in our country and put forward some countermeasures so as to help improve the system of equal pay for equal work paid by China’s labor dispatch.
