吉化为一线员工开展心理援助(EAP)项目服务,提高了员工自我认知水平。吉林石化公司松花湖疗养院作为东北三省首家企业员工心理援助(EAP)基地,投入使用至今,始终致力于吉化一线员工“岗前监测”这一课题,帮助企业识别一线员工所关心的重点问题,及时给予员工心理辅导,使员工在提升自我认知的同时实现自我价值,最终愉快地投入到工作和生活中去。作为共和国化工长子的吉林石化公司,在发展中不仅将眼光放在生产和科研上,而且将员工的心灵成长作为一项长期的精神福利惠及一线,通过开展EAP项目服务和心理援助下厂等多种形式关注一线员工心理隐患,以达到“关爱心灵、疏导减压”的服务目的,在繁忙的化工行业现代化进程中,为一线员工扬起心理健康的风帆,做一次抚慰员工身心的心灵冲浪。
