1 case summary Male patient, 32 years old. April 2002 no incentive to cough, cough white phlegm, no hemoptysis and fever. In the local hospital examination X-ray showed the right lung back section of about 1.2cm × 1.5cm class circular shadow. Consider “right lung pneumonia”, given antibiotics (specific medication and dose unknown) treatment. After 14d X-ray examination showed no change in lesions, with “tuberculosis” transferred to the local tuberculosis hospital anti-TB treatment
