通过对防城港20万吨级码头环境建设情况的介绍和分析,综述矿码头环保建设的必要性和如何实施工程建设的环保“三同时”以及实现环境效益、经济效益和社会效益的统一。 Through the introduction and analysis of the environmental construction of the 200,000-ton wharf in Fangchenggang, the necessity of environmental construction in the wharf and how to implement the “three simultaneous” environmental protection are summarized.
