为了固定SLCO1B3基因,提高长顺绿壳蛋鸡绿壳蛋率,笔者采用双重PCR法对长顺绿壳蛋鸡群体进行SLCO1B3基因分型检测,并与绿壳表型进行关联分析。结果表明:186只长顺绿壳蛋鸡中,SLCO1B3基因的绿壳纯合基因型鸡约占33.33%,绿壳杂合基因型约占50%,非绿壳纯合基因型约占16.67%。说明长顺绿壳蛋鸡绿壳基因还未固定,从绿壳基因角度看绿壳蛋率为83.33%,需要分子辅助选育快速提高绿壳蛋率。
In order to immobilize the SLCO1B3 gene and increase the egg shell green egg percentage of Changshun green shell eggs, the authors used double PCR to detect the SLCO1B3 genotypes of the green egg shell of Changshun and correlate it with the green shell phenotype. The results showed that the green-shell homozygous genotypes of SLCO1B3 accounted for about 33.33%, the green-shell heterozygous genotypes accounted for about 50%, and the non-green-shell homozygote genotypes accounted for 16.67% . The result shows that the green shell gene of Changshun green shell egg has not been fixed yet, and the green shell egg rate is 83.33% from green shell gene.
