DELLA属于GRAS核转录调节因子家族,负向调节GA信号途径,并抑制植物生长发育。GA与其受体结合后,与DELLA蛋白发生互作,并通过26S蛋白酶体将DELLA降解,从而解除DELLA对植物发育的抑制作用。DELLA通过与不同的转录因子互作,调控下游基因的表达。文章综述了DELLA蛋白在GA信号传导中作用的分子机理和DELLA蛋白调控植物生长发育的功能,以及作为整合因子,DELLA在介导低温、光等环境因子及其它植物激素之间的交互作用的分子机制,并介绍了大豆DELLA功能的研究进展。
DELLA is a family of GRAS nuclear transcription regulators that negatively regulate GA signaling and inhibit plant growth and development. When GA binds to its receptor, it interacts with DELLA protein and degrades DELLA through 26S proteasome, thereby releasing the inhibitory effect of DELLA on plant development. DELLA interacts with different transcription factors to regulate the expression of downstream genes. In this review, the molecular mechanism of DELLA protein in GA signaling and the function of DELLA protein in plant growth and development are reviewed. As an integration factor, DELLA is involved in the interaction between environmental factors such as hypothermia, light and other plant hormones Mechanism, and introduced the research progress of soybean DELLA function.
