目的对印度留学生表型耳垂的出现率和基因频率进行调查分析,为人类群体遗传学研究提供资料。方法表型有耳垂为常染色体显性遗传(AD),表型无耳垂为常染色体隐性遗传(AR)。并记录观察结果。结果印度留学生无耳垂表型频率为13.89%,该性状显性基因频率和隐性基因频率分别为0.6273和0.3727。结论印度民族无耳垂的表型频率在性别间无显著差异;与中国汉民族及其他少数民族群体相比较,印度民族无耳垂表型频率处于较低水平。
Objective To investigate and analyze the incidence and gene frequency of phenotypic earlobe in Indian students and provide information for human population genetics research. Methods The phenotype of the earlobe is autosomal dominant (AD), and the phenotypic non-earlobe is autosomal recessive (AR). And record the observation. Results The phenotypic frequency of non-earlobe in Indian students was 13.89%. The dominant and recessive gene frequencies of this trait were 0.6273 and 0.3727, respectively. Conclusions There is no significant difference in the phenotypic frequencies of Indian nationality without earlobe between sexes. Compared with Chinese Han nationality and other ethnic minority groups, the phenotypic frequency of Indian nationality without earlobe is at a low level.
