目的观察森林脑炎纯化疫苗接种反应和免疫效果。方法选择目标人群,并用原制疫苗作对照,观测疫苗注射后的反应,并采集疫苗免疫前后血清,用蚀斑减少法检测中和抗体,评价疫苗的免疫效果。结果森林脑炎纯化疫苗接种后无全身副反应,局部反应率仅为0.82%。血清中和抗体阳转率高于85%。结论森林脑炎纯化疫苗较原制同类疫苗反应轻微,而中和抗体阳转率明显高于原制疫苗,是现用原制灭活疫苗理想的替代产品。
Objective To observe the vaccination response and immune effect of purified forest encephalitis vaccine. Methods The target population was selected and compared with the original vaccine. The response after the vaccine injection was observed. The serum before and after the vaccine immunization was collected. The neutralizing antibody was detected by the plaque reduction method. The immune effect of the vaccine was evaluated. Results There was no systemic side effects after vaccination with purified forest encephalitis, and the local response rate was only 0.82%. Serum neutralizing antibody positive rate of more than 85%. Conclusions The purified vaccine of forest encephalitis has a slight reaction with the original vaccine of the same type, while the positive rate of neutralizing antibody is obviously higher than that of the original vaccine. It is an ideal substitute for the live attenuated vaccine.
