目的研究运输应激对比格犬血常规和血液临床生化指标造成的影响,评估5 d适应性饲养时间的合理性。方法以6只比格犬作为实验对象,采用自身配对实验设计,分别在运输前、卸车后和适应性喂养1 d、2 d、3 d、4 d、5 d后同期采集比格犬后肢静脉血进行血常规、生化指标检测,并对数据进行分析。结果 1运输后0 h比格犬的WBC、LYM#、MON#高于运输前(t=-2.880、-3.599、-3.468,P<0.05),MON%高于运输前(t=-5.674,P<0.01),适应性饲养1 d后GRA#高于运输前(t=-3.118,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。2运输后0 h比格犬的TP、ALB、CREA、GLOB低于运输前(t=6.823、5.371、7.214、5.123,P<0.01),AMY、GLU、UA、CHOL低于运输前(t=2.810、-4.074、3.233、3.656,P<0.05),适应性饲养2 d后ALT低于运输前(t=4.382,P<0.01),适应性饲养1 d、2 d、3 d后AST低于运输前(t=7.022、20.604、5.643,P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论运输应激明显影响了比格犬的血液指标,适应性饲养可以促进其恢复。
Objective To study the effects of transport stress on the blood and blood biochemical parameters in beagle dogs and to evaluate the rationality of 5-day adaptive feeding time. Methods Six beagle dogs were used as experimental subjects. Their paired experimental design was used to collect beagle hind limb veins before, during and after unloading and adaptive feeding respectively for 1 d, 2 d, 3 d, 4 d and 5 d Blood for blood tests, biochemical detection, and data analysis. Results 1 The levels of WBC, LYM # and MON # in beagle dogs at 0 h after transport were higher than those before transportation (t = -2.880, -3.599, -3.468, P <0.05) (P <0.01). GRA # was significantly higher than that before delivery (t = -3.118, P <0.05) after 1 d of adaptive feeding, the difference was statistically significant. The levels of TP, ALB, CREA and GLOB in beagle dogs at 0 h after transport were lower than those before transportation (t = 6.823,5.371,7.214,5.123, P <0.01), AMY, GLU, ALT was lower than that before delivery (t = 4.382, P <0.01) after adaptive feeding for 2 days, and was lower than that after feeding for 1 d, 2 d and 3 d Before transportation (t = 7.022,20.604,5.643, P <0.01), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Transport stress significantly affects the blood index of Beagle dogs, and adaptive feeding can promote its recovery.
