本文研究了K417合金的细晶铸造热工艺参数。研究结果表明,当型壳温度控制在900~1000℃,浇注温度控制在P+29℃~p+50℃时,可获得健全的K417细晶铸件。与普通铸件相比,其低周疲劳寿命提高2~3倍。
In this paper, the heat treatment parameters of K417 alloy are studied. The results show that when the shell temperature is controlled at 900 ~ 1000 ℃ and the pouring temperature is controlled at P + 29 ℃ ~ p + 50 ℃, the fine K417 fine grain castings can be obtained. Compared with ordinary castings, its low cycle fatigue life increased by 2 to 3 times.
