电网企业是典型的生产型企业,企业安全、高效生产的基础就是一线员工的技术技能,这也是企业生存发展的核心能力。但是,目前电网企业一线技能人员普遍存在着以下三个方面的问题亟需解决:一是技能人员动手能力严重下降,技能水平在持续退步,缺乏过硬的技能人才;二是技能人才老龄化不断加重,无法形成合理的人才梯队;三是技能人员结构性缺员。广州供电局正是基于上述问题,研究探索了一套系统性地开展电网企业员工技能培训的方式方法,构建出技能人员的培训评价体系,促进了员工履职能力的提高。

The foundation for the safe and efficient production of enterprises is the technical skills of the front-line staff, which is also the core capability of the enterprise’s existence and development. However, at present, there are common problems in the front-line technical personnel of power grid enterprises in the following three aspects that are in urgent need of solution: First, the ability of skilled personnel is seriously deteriorated, their skills are deteriorating, and their skilled personnel are lacking. Second, the aging of skilled workers is getting worse , Can not form a reasonable talent echelon; third is the lack of skilled personnel structure. Based on the above problems, Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau explored a set of ways and means to systematically carry out training of employees in power grids, and constructed a training evaluation system for skilled personnel to promote the improvement of employees’ ability to perform their duties.
