目的对来宾市2010-2014年开展免费婚前医学检查(婚检)项目效果进行评估,为下一步更好开展婚前保健工作提供依据,探索适合来宾市婚检工作模式和运行机制。方法从来宾市妇幼卫生信息网络直报系统,导出2010-2014年来宾市上报的妇幼卫生及婚检报表相关数据进行回顾分析与评估。结果 2010-2014年来宾市结婚登记人数共232 328例,婚检人数共220 252例。总体平均婚检率为94.80%,婚检率逐年上升,由免费婚检前(2007年)的0.46%上升到目前(2014年)的97.74%。通过婚检对检出阳性者进行婚育指导,提供知情选择,采取有效的干预措施,使相关妇幼卫生指标彰显较好的效益,出生缺陷发生率明显下降,由免费婚检前(2007年)的19.3‰下降到2014年的8.28‰。结论来宾市免费婚检项目,方法简便实用,对预防性传播疾病的平行传播和垂直传播,预防地中海贫血等出生缺陷发生,具有显著的预防效果,值得推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of free pre-marital medical examination (pre-marital medical examination) carried out in Laibin from 2010 to 2014, and provide the basis for better pre-marital health care work in Laibin to explore the suitable working mode and operation mechanism for premarital examination in Laibin. Methods Based on the direct reporting system of MCH information network in Laibin, the related data of maternal and child health and premarital reporting reported by Laibin from 2010 to 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The number of married couples in Laibin between 2010 and 2014 totaled 232 328 and the number of premarital persons was 220 252. The overall average rate of premarital examination was 94.80%. The rate of premarital examination increased year by year, from 0.46% before the free pre-trial examination (2007) to 97.74% (2014). Premarital examination (2007) of 19.3 (2007) was conducted through premarital examination of marriage, childbirth and childbirth through guidance on premarital pregnancy and childbirth, provision of informed choices and effective interventions to make maternal and child health indicators show better benefits. The incidence of birth defects decreased significantly from 19.3 ‰ dropped to 8.28 ‰ in 2014. Conclusion Laibin free premarital examination project, the method is simple and practical, to prevent the spread of sexually transmitted diseases and vertical transmission, prevention of birth defects such as thalassemia occurrence, has a significant preventive effect, it is worth promoting the application.
